| Description: | Our client is a well established Caribbean construction company. They are currently looking to appoint a project manager. The role includes appointing sub contractors, managing design consultants, liaising with the client (team), and involvement in procuring materials. You will also head the project team and ensure successful delivery of the project. The successful candidates is likely to have some international construction experience, and UK experience as a PM on schemes up to £10 million in value. |
