| Description: | My client is a leading regional building contractor, employing circa 1500 staff, with offices throughout the UK. They plan to recruit an Estimator to work in the general works department of their business in South Devon. Projects will range in value from £200K to £2.5 million, and will include education, retail, commercial and leisure contracts. The company uses a combination of direct and subcontract labour. Reporting to the Regional Director, and working closely with the regional Commercial Manager, responsibilities will include producing complete bids for traditional and design & build contracts. Applications are welcomed from Estimators or Estimator/Surveyors currently working within the South West, or from candidates with a genuine wish to relocate permanently to Devon.
