| Description: | Our client is a specialist in retail construction. As such they operate on a national basis and deliver the following schemes: New build superstore construction. Superstore extension. Mezzanine installation. Superstore refresh and refurbishment. Schemes are often technically and logistically challenging. They are almost always delivered to very tight time scales, on a partnering basis. Our client has a requirement for a Senior Site Manager - number two on site (but able to deliver schemes up to around £4-5million in value as a number 1 manager).
