| Description: | My client is a leading civil engineering contractor with offices throughout the UK. Their business unit in Devon undertakes infrastructure, highways, water, utilities and energy related projects varying in value from £500K to £20 Million. They currently require two Managing Quantity Surveyors to strengthen their commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, each MQS will oversee 4-6 sites and associated commercial teams, with a combined annual turnover of approx £10-20 Million. Working alongside an Operations Manager, each MQS will support live sites whilst also providing input into the preparation and negotiation of tenders. Salary will be commensurate with experience, but in the region of £44-£55,000 + Incentive Scheme and generous benefits package. To obtain additional information please contact Chris Bull. |
