| Description: | Thatcher Associates is looking to hire bright trainee recruiters. Working alongside a seasoned recruiter you'll learn the ropes in a specialist sector. In a very short space of time you'll learn to manage the recruitment process; resourcing and short-listing candidates, developing new client accounts and working with working with hiring organisations to secure the best available staff. The role is varied and challenging and promotion is dependent upon performance. We are currently looking for trainee recruiters in our Retail Contracting and renewable Energy Sectors.
