| Description: | Following the award of a major project, Thatcher Associates has been exclusively retained by a top ten South West based Regional Contractor to recruit a Site Manager. With a group turnover exceeding £2 billion, our client has a network of offices across the UK. Within the South West, they specialize in the delivery of building projects valued between £2m and £30m. They currently require a Site Manager to oversee a section of works on a complex £30 million building scheme in Bristol. The project is due to start on site Q1 2010. Working alongside engineering and supervisory staff, and reporting to a Senior Project Manager this individual will have responsibility for the management of a section of the works. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Site Managers either living in the South West, or with a genuine long term interest in relocating to the region. The successful applicant can expect a salary IRO £35-45,000 per annum, plus car allowance, pension, private health insurance and ancillary benefits.
