Description:	Our client is an IIP accredited national construction company with a group turnover IRO £2 billion. They employ over 10,000 staff and have offices throughout the UK. They will be appointing a Cost Planner Q1 2010. This individual will work across the South West region, providing support to work winning teams, predominantly engaged within the retail, education and commercial sectors. Reporting to a Regional Director and working alongside individual Bid Managers, responsibilities will include the design, development and upkeep of an accurate cost database and the calculation of comprehensive cost plans for individual projects valued between £5 Million and £30 Million. Applications are invited from individuals either based in the South West, or with a genuine interest in relocating to the region. Relevant experience may have been gained with contractors or cost consultants. The salary on offer will be commensurate with ability and in the range of £40,000 to £55,000 plus car allowance and generous benefits package.
