Description:	My client is a National Contractor with a group turnover approaching £2 Billion. From their offices in Devon, they undertake new build and refurbishment projects valued between £10 Million and £45 Million. Typical projects include education sector, leisure and commercial. Reporting to the Regional Director, responsibilities will include:- • Prequalification meetings • Bid management • Tender adjudication • Post tender negotiations • Project completion reviews Applications are invited from Senior/Managing Estimators either based in Devon, or with a long term goal to relocate to the area. The successful candidate will have experience pricing building projects to £40 Million in value, combined with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a small local team.
