| Description: | My client is a National Contractor that specialises within the retail sector. They require a Contracts Manager to oversee an annual turnover of circa £1 Million comprising numerous small works projects within the following geographical areas: Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. Projects will range in value from £30,000 to £500,000 and will include internal and external refurbishment works. Responsibilities will include developing the scope of works with a store development manager, agreeing target costs, procuring & managing subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of works. Applications are invited from applicants living within the above catchment area who have construction experience within the retail sector, and who have ideally overseen small works contracts.
