My client is an independent construction business based in Bristol with an annual turnover circa £35 Million.  They require a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to work within their MTC division, managing insurance related domestic projects across the South West under a National Schedule of Rates. The job function will include visiting domestic properties, defining the scope of works, raising a works schedule, agreeing costs with the client, managing and appointing subcontractors to complete the work and managing the budget, variations and payments for the work.
