A large UK contractor has had a regional relationship with Thatcher Associates for some years.  Due to a forthcoming retirement of a senior member of their team, the client was in a position where they had ample time and notice to reflect on the best course of action and to take their time to make an appointment which made the best sense for the business. On a retained, or search basis, Thatcher Associates was able to approach senior candidates who were not available in the open job market, conduct in-depth interviews with the longlisted candidates, and present an incredibly well matched shortlist to the client.
