How we mapped and delivered a cohesive project team.

We were appointed exclusively to deliver a project team for a new build project in the Caribbean. By consulting with the client, we took a basic organogram and worked this into a detailed description of job roles and accountabilities. The unusual dimension for this assignment is that rather than recruit a number of individuals in isolation, we were able to take a view of the overall skills that the project needed, and to build a team which worked well together by design.
