How we scoped out a market, saving a client hundreds of thousands of dollars.

A Caribbean client in the telecommunications sector was looking to strengthen a particular function yet they had numerous challenges hiring in their primary location due to skill shortages.  

We took a detailed brief including a deep dive into the role and how it interfaced with other business units. We then undertook two provisional searches in different geographical locations. The result was that we found one location considerably less short of skills than the other, with the added advantage that the cost of living, and salaries, were also much lower. Our findings influenced the client’s decision on where to base the new roles.
