What will I be doing?

As the newly appointed Customer Care Manager, you will oversee an exciting selection of housing developments within the Bristol vicinity. You will be able to lead a team whilst maintaining a hands-on approach in order to carry out snagging duties. 

What will I need?
  • Developer / Housebuilding background
  • Able to lead a team whilst maintaining a hands-on approach
  • Experience within snagging and customer care
  • Energetic, dynamic and forward-thinking
  • Good communication skills (both with Operational staff, and with customers)
