What is the opportunity?

Our client are seeking a Programme and Project Manager to join their team, who is capable of working within the joint Land, Planning & Technical team. Reporting into the Development Manager. You will be responsible for:
  • Project managing the delivery of this clients’ portfolio
  • Lead on carrying out detailed design and specification audits
  • Develop, detail and design specifications
  • Supporting the Customer Services teams regarding defects / complaints
  • Support the Production Team to ensure quality is consistent throughout
  • Attending site meetings during early design stages
  • Prepare accurate Technical reports
  • Be accountable for Health & Safety activities
 What do I need?

Our client are seeking motivated, capable and innovative individuals who can demonstrate:
  • Recent and relevant experience within the affordable housing sphere (client or contractor side)
  • Strong project management background within a similar environment (contracting / housebuilding / consultancy)
  • The ability to manage a team of external consultants
  • Compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings / specifications
  • Appraise financial performance and manage design development within budget
  • Actively contribute to design management, information procurement and dissemination
