Thatcher Associates are pleased to be working with a respected housing developer in the Bristol area to bring on board a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. Our client produce an impressive portfolio of residential-led new build homes. They have a sterling reputation across the South West, and pride themselves on their remarkable and outstanding developments.

What is the opportunity?
This developer are seeking an experienced Construction professional to join their team as a Quantity Surveyor, who is capable of overseeing x3 projects in total in the South West area.
Residential experience is essential (volume 100 units+ preferable)
Confident, organised and able to command a team
Customer focussed, attentive to detail and communicative
You’d be working alongside a Chief Surveyor, and reporting into the Commercial Manager. In the Commercial Team currently there are x15 in total – everyone supporting one another, and approaching their roles with an upbeat and positive attitude.
Base package is negotiable depending upon experience however there is a 10% bonus scheme in place, company car / car allowance, annual leave, and your own company iPad and laptop. This developer offer flexible working hours also – so if you did want to work from home, you’d be able to.
