Our client is an award-winning, established regional contractor with a new housing arm based in Wiltshire. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Commercial Director on an unusual historic refurbishment in Somerset. This is an evolving role, and a great opportunity for someone to be involved in an unusual historic project with the support of a growing and reputable contractor.
Refurbishment, conversion, new build, leisure, sustainable and commercial projects;
High-end, high-quality construction projects across the South West;
Award-winning, established local regional contractor.
You will need to have 3 - 7 years’ industry experience, working within the construction sector as an Assistant or Quantity Surveyor. It’s expected that you will have drive, determination and a can-do attitude.
3 - 7 years’ experience
Refurbishment project exposure (essential)
Historical restorations exposure (desirable)
Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification or similar
Full UK driving license
Strong commercial acumen
Enjoys working within a team on unusual building projects
Confident with delivery but professional at all times
