Then read on. Thatcher Associates are pleased to be working alongside a national residential developer in their quest to find a highly organised, motivated and strong Senior Site Manager for their Cardiff office.
Who are the company?
Thatcher Associates are pleased to be working with a well-known residential developer in the Cardiff area, to secure a Senior Site Manager to join their Operations team. Typically, this developer produce mixed-tenure, residential refurbishment and new build homes with a range of Housing Associations and Local Authorities. The project they are seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee an 800 unit development in Cardiff. This client also produces:
Alongside a dedicated site team, you would be expected to:
Aid in the development of various projects
Attend weekly site meetings, conduct tool-box talks
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in motivating the site team
Be able to apply previous housebuilding experience in producing high quality homes
Work towards build deadlines in achieving CMLs
As well as a motivation to work within the Housing industry, you would be expected to be:
Knowledgeable, methodical and highly organised
Flexible, with a can-do attitude and able to think creatively
Experienced within the housebuilding field (social housing preferable)
Experienced in volume developments (up to 800 units)
