Thatcher Associates are pleased to be working alongside a new division of a major contractor, who are seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. This individual would be overseeing the Technical Development of housing projects, from design conception through to handover to the build team.
What would I be doing?
As the Technical Manager, you would be responsible for:
Overseeing the entire approvals process
Clearing planning applications
Ensuring a smooth transition from design conception through to site team handover
Be able to assist if any technical issues arise
Overseeing the set-up of a variety and number of sites
What do I need?
To excel within this role, you would need:
Experience of managing housing projects
Residential experience (preferably social, bespoke or complex builds)
A keen eye for detail
Communicative and self-motivated attitude
To be ‘hands on’, practical and innovative
Technical knowledge and background
