Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Would you like to join a growing Regional Building Contractor working in South Wales?

We are currently working with a South Wales based Contractor to identify a number of talented Site Managers to join their team. You will initially be leading projects between £4 million and £8 million in value located in either Newport or Cardiff. Moving forwards you can expect to be the project lead on similar sized schemes between Swansea and Newport.

Ideally you will currently be working for a large PLC building contractor looking to make the move in to a regional business or you could be working for an established regional building contractor and looking to make a move in to an environment where you can quickly progress your career. You will have proven experience running your own projects of at least £3 million in value and have had exposure to new build schemes in the high residential, student accommodation and extra sectors. If you also have experience working on schemes in the education, health care and commercial sectors this would be a big advantage. You could be either be Degree/HND qualified or come from a trade background, in either case you will need to have at least 5 years managerial experience and hold current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certification.
