Our client specialises in producing a diverse blend of award-winning, industry recognised, high-quality housing developments across the Bristol-Bath vicinity.

 About the role:
  • Deliver a first class customer experience to a huge range of valued home buyers
  • Manage the expectations of customers and guide them through the process start to finish
  • Utilise up-selling skills and negotiation
  • Demonstrating and presenting up to date and upcoming product
  • Monthly targets individually set, managed and rewarded
  • Takes responsibility for all sales leads, including Connections
  • Refer to NHMH early in the process
  • Manage own development, to include external signage, show homes, sales area.
  • Is fully aware of their limitations with regard to the Property Misdescriptions Act, Financial Services Act, and H&S
Required Skills:

You will be bright, confident, ambitious and driven. Experience of sales in with a housing developer preferable. You will also have:
  • Previous experience in dealing with the public
  • Expertise in new build / planned developments
  • Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of selling the property off plan.
  • Concern for standards
  • Customer focus
  • Negotiating
  • Perseverance
  • Results orientated and able to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to read property plans
  • Computer literacy is essential
