Are you a Technical Manager, Design Manager or experienced Senior Technical Coordinator with a house building background seeking a contract appointment?

My client is a developer based in Bristol. They are seeking a Technical Manager to work alongside the Technical Director on a range of housing schemes and new site opportunities in the Bristol and Somerset regions. As the Technical Manager, you will manage projects from concept through to completion. Your role will involve managing external consultants and provide design solutions.
You will need at least 4 - 10 years industry experience, working within the house building sector as a Project Architect, Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager. However, if your career has been spent within an architectural practice and you have dealt with residential schemes from concept to completion, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
It’s expected that you will have a track record in dealing with section agreements and are confident to challenge ideas in a professional way. Some travel is expected but this role is largely office based.
At least 4 - 10 years’ experience
House building experience or well experienced within a housing for architectural practice
Held Technical Manager/Project Architect/Senior Architectural Technician/ Technical Coordinator positions or equivalent
Full UK driving license
