Thatcher Associates are excited to be working alongside a high-end, bespoke developer who are looking for a experience Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to join a regional developer who specialise in high-end and good quality developments. You will be part of a growing company who are already making their mark in the Bristol area and further afield. 

What types of developments would I be working on?

  • Design-led, high-spec and high-quality homes
  • Developments that are in-keeping with their surroundings
  • Impressive, luxurious and contemporary in finish
  • Interiors designed to complement the build 
  • Small-medium sized across the South West
  • You would be working closely with various individuals, and reporting into the senior management team, in order to oversee one of their high quality, well organised developments.

  • Client facing skills;
  • You will be able to work as part of a team and individually showing initiative as required by the scheme you are working on;
  • Able to project manage from inception to completion throughout the whole scheme life cycle;
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to establish and maintain good working relationships;
  • Strong maths and computer skills;
  • You would bring with you a strong eye for problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the safe and on-time upkeep with build programmes. 
  • A team player 
Essential Requirements:
  • FIRST Aid Card
  • HNC/ HND or degree equivalent
  • Bespoke experience, or the desire to work on this type of build
  • Career longevity
