Personal Assistant - Central London - Urgently Wanted!

The Role:

An Exclusive Personal Assistant opportunity has become available in the central London region. Working for a private international developer, the successful candidate will be providing general personal assistance to the main director and owner of the company. You will be overseeing general administrative duties, managing emails, running general errands, be the main point of contact for external contractors and maintenance companies while the Director is not in London. This is a part-time position that would suit someone who likes the flexibility to work from home. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary coordination and management
  • Provide administrative support to the main director, including general administration, meeting arrangements, travel, and accommodation; and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare papers for diary engagements
  • Type, format and proofread correspondence, reports, confidential documents
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Reconcile Expenses
  • General administration and organization of workload
  • Manage Account payments
  • liaise with property maintenance, cleaners, and external build contractors
  • Visits three of the owned properties when required for general inspections etc.
Job Description:
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls, assisting as appropriate to ensure that inquiries receive a response on behalf of the Director.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events as directed by the employer, including venue and catering arrangements, preparation and distribution of papers/packs.
  • Liaise closely with all members of the team acting as a channel for information between Director and sub-agents.
  • You will be required to handle highly confidential information and paperwork with the highest level of discretion. 
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

  • NVQ Level 2, GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge including Outlook, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Able time management 
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Having worked for a high profile client or property developer is very desirable.
  • Experience handling personal finances is essential
  • You will also be required to supply at least two reputable employer references.
