Job purpose:The Director of IT & Datacenter solutions is responsible for leading and managing the ITaaS and cloud services and solutions for the SME, Medium/Large Enterprise and Government customers across all the markets. This person will lead the development and management of all cloud and datacenter products throughout the product lifecycle, identifying market trends and needs to adjust to product offering, support the sales teams in large sales transactions. This role is responsible for the P&L of the portfolio and its financial performance.Key Accountabilities:- Developing a deep understanding of the challenges facing our customers, internally driving for innovative and transformational products and services that help our customers meet those challenges, differentiating us in the markets where we operate- Integrating existing and new products consistently with an end-to-end customer experience- Collaborating with finance to develop and revise a business case and financial model showing critical financial indicators: Revenue, ROI (Return on Investment), EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization), Gross Margin, among others. - On-going revision and management of pricing, tracking of sales and marketing activity, and internal cost structures, to ensure that the solutions meet C&W’s targets for sales, revenue, margins and returns.- Evaluating the landscape of the tools and systems available and creating a short and a long-term plan to align to global standards- Tracking the development of competitive offerings, new products, systems and features and producing plans to keep at the forefront of technology & innovation- Working with key internal stakeholders to evaluate vendors and the business case for internal or outsourced development- Collaborating with development, engineering & operations to plan and track the on-time delivery of new features - Working to ensure that new solutions can be implemented and operated efficiently and effectively from both a customer satisfaction standpoint, and an internal ease of execution.- Ensuring a smooth and seamless product launch, by leading a collaborative effort for go-to-market activities, by working with key internal stakeholders to ensure they understand customer needs, product capabilities and our key differentiators. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:- Ability to manage and motivate the team of product teams.- Knowledge of P&L and budgeting.- Proficient with MS Office.- Excellent communication skills to present to customers and internally to countries.- Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.- Ability to change priorities.- Ability to be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. - Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.- Ability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the department and the company.
