Thatcher Associates are working with a local house builder to find an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager in the South West.

As the Pre-Construction Project Manager you will deliver information on-site to the construction team, mitigate risks, coordinate design development by managing and appointing utility services and be solely responsible for Health & Safety. You will work closely with the Land Manager and work with the technical and commercial teams.

This role will be largely office based, with expected on-site visits to various housing developments. You will need to deliver results on time and to budget and carry out a key part in the development process for the company. It is expected you will have a relevant qualification in construction/technical/project management.

Your role as the facilitator and risk minimiser will mean you will need to be personable, approachable and able to maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
