Thatcher Associates are working with a regional housing developer in Bristol to find a Technical Project Manager to join an established technical team.
About the role:
As the Technical Project Manager, you will sit within the technical function of the company providing support to the Technical Director. You will manage x5/6 live sites at any one time, whilst managing a Technical Coordinator.
You will be responsible for procuring all information, from planning to production to include but not limited to: adoption agreements, discharge planning conditions, S106 obligations, attend site meetings, organise pre-start meetings and be the main representative for technical at all meetings.
Patches covered: Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Taunton, Swindon and Wiltshire.
Architectural bias is preferred; open to engineering.
Previous experience working for a house builder/residential developer.
Housing both timber and traditional.
Able to manage complex sites at any one time.
Good humoured individual who enjoys working within a team.
Full UK driving license.
