What I do:

Here at Thatcher Associates, I work alongside a devoted and enthusiastic team who strive to seek out the best talent for our clients in the housebuilding sector. Working with both national housebuilders and independent regional businesses I do my best to find the right match. I take on board the requirements of jobseekers who are often looking for a unique set of criteria in their next move, alongside the requirements of our clients -  many of whom have multiple projects to deliver.

Upon making contact with me, I'll arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss your career history, career aspirations, and anything relevant to your career search. I maintain links with my network of hiring managers across the south of the UK, so I'm well placed to explore career options with you in real-time. 

I work with a diverse range of people within the residential market to cover Operational, Commercial, Land, and Technical roles. I'll always be honest with you, and deliver on specific action plans which we agree. I've placed talented individuals with a host of residential development companies. When working with me to fulfill a role, I'll take a full vacancy brief and make sure that I have an overview of your company and how the new hire will fit in; for me, cultural and personality fit are equally important as technical and professional criteria. When considering the anticipated longevity of the hire, personality fit and succession planning are often at the heart of their hiring process. (I want people to work-out long term!).
